All Protexin products are subject to our stringent quality control procedures and we guarantee that the products you receive will be of the highest standard.
All the products we manufacture are independently tested before despatch to ensure that the correct level of bacteria is present. Certificates of Analysis are kept for every batch and you are of course welcome to ask for a copy.
If you are not happy with the product you have received or if has arrived in anything less than perfect condition, please return it to us at once and we will replace it the same day wherever possible.
